Greetings from the Hermit Writer. [March 9 hike, continued]
I mentioned this was a runners' paradise, right?
I think that means, EVERYONE go thattaway
...and keep going.
While you enjoy the scenery
Wow these trails were nice.
Have I ever mentioned I love oaks?
I love the oaks too, great series. Enjoy your Monday!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful place. Love the 'old man's beard' hanging from the oaks too.
ReplyDeleteYes, you mentioned that you love Oaks. I can see why. Nice pics!
ReplyDeleteThat trail must be a bit easier on the joints than a paved one would be but I guess there might be lumps and bumps to watch out for. The live oaks are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteUp until the Spanish moss that could have been Minnesota! What bliss out there!
ReplyDeleteNice to run in.

ReplyDeletehave you ever mentioned that you love trees???? hehehe let me think about that!!!
ReplyDeletewe are getting rain today, i needed an indoor, rest day!!!
The oaks with the moss hanging are the best.
ReplyDeleteWith a scenery like this, I might think about it...but what a temptation to stop and paint along the way:)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series! Could you please do me a favour and take a close up of the moss when you get by an oak the next time? Our oaks don't have that stuff hanging from them :))
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!

A runner's paradise indeed! Great views for strolling around with a camera. Good job!
ReplyDeletelove that old snag - like a totem pole.
ReplyDeleteNice place for a run, or in my case, a slow walk.
ReplyDeleteFor me not a run just a stroll with my camera would be perfect like you took.
