Greetings from the Hermit Writer (At Busch Gardens, Tampa)

THE TWIN GAME - V.J. Chambers

On June 14 I recommended my first novel by this author, now I add another title. (She's my favorite author, at least this month.)

This new recommendation is a gritty gem, with more twists than liver pills as my grandmother would have said. Tight writing, a great protagonist, sinister companions, great plot—if you love Twizzlers (you know, because they're twisted). This makes other mysteries pale in embarrassment.

Go get your copy. Amazingly, it’s only $0.99. Wow. [click here]

UNDER HER SKIN - Margo Bond Collins

A recommendation for my paranormal aficionados. If you love a little mystery, murder, and mayhem, I have a fun character for you to read about. Unfortunately, there were no werewolves or ghosts in this fun read. I’m still sad about that…but I digress.

You’ll find the writing smooth, the side characters interesting (enough), evil and good enough, the plot in line with our paranormal tastes. Give this a read.

If you’re interested [click here] (I grabbed it up when it was $0.00 but it’s still a reasonable $2.99)

Experimenting with Bokeh

Greetings from the Hermit Writer. I recently experimented with night photography at Tampa's historic Ybor City. You've already seen the original photos. Now I experiment with overlaying the blurred shots. I hope you enjoy the cool outcome.
