Snapshots - Random Macro Shots at Home

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

Obligatory shot of Sissy soaking in some rays.

Our toothpick holder

Okay. I confess. I'm the teddybear lover.

Dina couldn't get away from me.

So...can you guess what Dina collects?

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

Okay...back to Deep Creek, and tubing fun fun fun.

I love the flow of this girl's expressions as she goes over this little rough spot...

While the others still chill in the pool.

Remember my buddy Ken? He soaked his feet while I clicked away.

Snapshots - North Carolina P21

Greetings from the Hermit Writer. Going strong.

I introduced you to Mary (I think that was her name) Friday. I'm pretty sure she loves butterflies too.

She took a lot of shots of them.

I wonder what they found in the sand that was so tasty.

Before we said so long, Mary said to visit the old farm outside Cherokee, NC. It was her great, great grandmother's place.

'My lord,' the lady said. 'Why would you want our pictures?'

This was one, stinking steep trail.

Back down the mountain, our friends were gone.

Guess what's next?

Snapshots - Ala Random

Greetings from the Hermit Writer. I busted out of my chains the other day. It was marvelous. Got some shots before the men came with the phunny-sleeved jackets.

The sun! The sun! Through, yep, clouds. We're getting a lot of rain.

I miss seeing Scrappy walking around the block with his dad :O[

I love this market packaging (may be the color)

Did I mention I love color (I made it into a store before the authorities were called)

This little guy was taking a nap. So cute.

That purse looks familiar

I love Joe Cool.

This urban gull snatched up part of someone's dinner.

My diseased sycamore against a dreary sky. :O[

I maybe should volunteer to help my neighbor clear the growth off her roof. Gonna ruin her shingles. But I struggle keeping up with my own place (It's the ball and chain Dina keeps me in)

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

A side creek feeding Deep Creek. (No tubing)

I mentioned I was surprised there weren't that many birds evident...but there were tons of butterflies. And I love butterflies.

We met this local photographing the babies too. She is a writer too, but by dang I forgot her first name. She has to email me. Last name something like Whilmington.
