My daughter-in-laws, (they're both nurses and their other co-workers as well) are all doing this diet called Colorado diet, it's all about ditching carbs!

I'm a big fan of this blog too...I've learned so many good things and gotten so many recipes. I eat 'no sugar' and low carbs! I sure feel better too! Enjoy your afternoon!
I could be better off if I paid more attention. But after watching the BBC program...I'm pretty sure I'll be paying closer attention to the issue. Maybe I'll drop below 17 stone, too.
Ill have to check out the video when I have more time. I do not cut out carbs but I limit them. Carbs are what keep me fueled or I will get hungry and binge eat. Maybe my thoughts will change after I see the video all the way. Lisa

Deletei watched it today, it is excellent, except for the fact that i love potatoes and rice. the sugar cube demonstration was a real eye opener!!!
