    1. Acoustical, arching wall. You really can whisper and be heard seventy feet away, with no loss of volume. It is amazing.

  5. Just spent some time enjoying your past posts that I've missed. Not only do I enjoy your nature shots, I really like your architectural shots as well. All interesting and give a great sense of being with you on your outings. P.S. in regards to your comment about being surprised at some of my 'green' shots, one reason that Utah is such a great place for landscape photogs is that we really have a great diversity of terrain, from red rock desert, to Rocky Mountain forests, to barren salt flats, etc. About the only thing we don't have is the ocean....and I do miss that a bit as I grew up in southern California close to the beach. But all in all, I can be up in the mountains with pine trees and aspen in about 15 minutes for our northern Utah home, and I can walk out my front door to red rock cliffs or take about a 40 minute to an hour drive to Zion National Park, Bryce National Park, and the Grand Canyon.
