Wow, those are tall palm trees. I agree with Elephant's Child: runners in the main, have pained expressions on their faces. I like your "take" on the runners in this post.

I'm not a runner either although I did recently sprint to catch a bus and the driver saw me coming in the big side mirror and waited for me. I like palm trees, but prefer them near the water, not planted in the middle of the suburbs like some people do. they look out of place there.
You do indeed have palm trees. Big ones. I have never seen a runner who looks like they are having a good time. Walking is fine. Walking is fun.
