We Have Palm Trees

Greetings from the Hermit Writer

Taking in the harbor

I love trees

All kinds of trees.

Oops...being artsy

A breeze is required in August...or I die

I wish my knees allowed me to run still

  1. You do indeed have palm trees. Big ones. I have never seen a runner who looks like they are having a good time. Walking is fine. Walking is fun.

  5. Wow, those are tall palm trees. I agree with Elephant's Child: runners in the main, have pained expressions on their faces. I like your "take" on the runners in this post.

  10. I'm not a runner either although I did recently sprint to catch a bus and the driver saw me coming in the big side mirror and waited for me.
I like palm trees, but prefer them near the water, not planted in the middle of the suburbs like some people do. they look out of place there.
