Beautiful Day for a Bike Ride

Right up to the point I somersaulted over my handlebars. I'm in pain. A FOURTH(!) trip out for a photo safari and something has interfered.

  3. I am so very sorry. Cyber hugs - which wont squeeze on any bruises/banged up bits.

  5. Somersaulting over handlebars is not recommended. However, taking beautiful photos is highly recommended.

  7. Speaking from experience...that hurts like a son of gun. I hope you didn't break anything.

  8. On my last bike ride my skinny wheel got stuck in a groove and I also went over the handlebars. That's why it was my last bike ride.

  9. I hope you heal up soon. i guess I don't have to tell you that while somersaulting over your handlebars is a neat trick, maybe you shouldn't do it too often.

  10. Sending healing vibes - how awful!
Don't give up on photo safaris though...or bike riding.

  20. Oh no! I hope you feel much better soon. It's been too hot to walk in the evenings and I have my bike out right now to pump up the tires and take a ride. I better be careful! Take care of yourself!

  21. Mac I did that years ago. I feel your hurt. I did same thing. Over the handlebars. Stupid me did it going down the hill with new bike. I put on the brakes as I was sort of nervous going down the steep hill. I landed in the country ditch. My knees all bleeding but most of all my pride. As people said. Are you okay and came to y aid. My hubby had gone ahead and was still on his bike. He thought I was okay but when he seen me not behind. He came to my aid. It pained like you said more after the fact. I bought some ointment for pain from drugstore. It helped some but worse at night.
