Thistles and Blue Sky

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.


It was a gorgeous day at the Green Swamp.

Beautiful trail...it turned a bit sandy here and there.

Mother's blooms

Bees love these guys.

And speaking of the bee's knees. (actually cypress knees)

A sunny spot on the river.

    Those thistles will attract some goldfinches and butterflies in a few weeks.

    I left some to grow in front of the house in W.V. for that purpose.
