Landscapes and Buzzards, Yeah

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.  The next series of photos are from a hike May 22 at Catfish Creek Preserve State Park. Get ready for lots of landscapes.

Tortured trees always grab my attention.

Why the road the park is on is called Firetower Road.

A lot of swampy areas...but funny...I never saw a creek.

Boyfriend Horace

and girlfriend Mildred

  3. Torturous no way! I like to think they're disc dance survivors!

  6. There was two turkey buzzards near our apartment in Bucerias that often slept overnight in a tree outside our back terrace. I named them Frank and Ava. Was never able to get as clear a shot as I would have liked.
