Dogs, Dragons, and Swamp Orchids.

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

A cutie. Durn if I can remember her name. Something like Memo (long E); loved her pink and green halter.

I am intrigued by old snags.

Hadn't seen a red dragon in a while.

Remember: leave only footprints, take only photos.

Mirror, mirror across the Red River

Fallen trees make me sad. Do they do that to you?

  1. Fallen trees definitely make me sad. There is every chance that the one you showed is still providing critters with a home though.

  7. I've never thought about fallen trees. We have so many around here, it's sort of just par for the course. And fallen trees are a great place to sit.

  8. Fallen tree, houses and barns make me sad. Memo is sweet and I also like the colours of her halter. Beautiful photos of your trek.
