Series - Tampa's Gasparilla Parade 3

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

I mostly try to photograph people with their permission. Sometimes they would die to see the shots I get. Huh?

Most people are giving and sharing.

Some just love fancy hosiery.

(When there is no float...enjoy the bay)

Sometimes the costumes are so good I don't wait for a nod.

All it takes is 'the eye' or a smile sometimes.

I love people. (They're weird, just like my character Margarite says, but that's cool, because I fit in that way.)

This lady was just adorable. I never got to her to give her my card, so she could get her photograph. I rue that. People should get to enjoy what others enjoy, in them.

People watching is soooo entertaining. Heck with the parade.

I had guns like that once. (bwa ha ha...yea...sure)

  5. What a fabulous time for people watching and photographing. And what a fun time to just be.

  6. Love it. I think that's the thing I loved most about NYC, the people watching. The subway was the best place to gather story bits from people's interactions.

  7. You are the man who (in every single detail) knows his people! Great shots Mac.
