Greetings from the Hermit Writer. Prepare for several days at this park, from a January 2 ride.
Does that look like a bike trail. (I accidentally found myself on a blue trail. I need to stay on yellow trails.)
Another weekend with overcast skies.
The trails have great names.
And ramps.
The park is a restored phosphate mine...good fishing mixed with great hills for hiking and riding.
Steep hill. No. I didn't have to stop to take a breather.
An anahinga
What a beautiful place. I love that it's a restored mine.
ReplyDeleteWow # 1 and 5 are inspiring to me.

Lovely, lovely, a walk through the old mine.
ReplyDeleteGreat series. What is bavby beast? the ramp looks neat for the bike riders. Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteMac, love the moss on the trees hanging down. Looks very "Georgia".
ReplyDeleteLearned something new re the colors of trails. Now, if that first pic is a bicycle trail I hope you have a very soft seat on that bicycle! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe Anahinger looks similar to our Cormorant. Lovely park, nice to find something that's been restored so people can use it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful location and great to see the ride you took on my birthday. lol
