Snaps - Already 2016?

Greetings from the Hermit Writer. (This series is actually from a Dec 13 hike). Happy New Year!

I never should have gone into IT. Should have been a forest ranger. But I was born and raised in the desert. I didn't know how much I liked trees.

Last from the lookout tower.

Nice paved path for cruisers.

This little guy had an abundance of red lichen. He must have lichened it.

I love clouds. They're cool. But blue skies make for nice shots in the forest. Sigh

Love the lichen too. Our is a soft grey green most of the time.

  5. I've always known I like trees, from the time I was tall enough to grab that first low branch and climb, I've spent a lot of time in them. Not lately, I'm older and falling presents more of a risk than it used to.
