Snaps - Jay B. Sharkey Wilderness Park

Greetings from the Hermit Writer, and a Merry Christmas Eve to ya from the Jay B. Sharkey Wilderness Park

I love clouds.

I love trees too, in case you didn't know.

This is what a lot of Florida looks like. Oaks and palmetto.

I'm gonna be like the eye doctor...This one...

...or this one better?

Another sample of what a lot of Florida looks like.

I loved the texture of the grass, near and far trees. How 'bout you?

  4. Oaks and Palmetto, now I see what Mar was floundering about in while getting shot at yet again. She's a tough cookie, Mar. If I got injured as badly as she, I'd be in bed for a year!
I finished the book this morning, and I'm pleased to see Mar developing a little more, socially. And thinking ahead a bit more, weighing the possible consequences, before she goes ahead and plunges in anyway.

  12. Merry Christmas to you!!! and may 2016 be full of more wonderful scenery, happy dogs, and writing! I do love clouds too; they are awesome. The idea of visual "texture" is fascinating, that something can LOOK as bumpy or scratchy as it feels to touch. :)
