A free e-book to the first person who can guess where I hiked.
Don't ask me what I found interesting in this shot.
I either liked all the red...or wanted to show off leisure in Florida.
Multi-genre author of flawed characters luggin' a ton of baggage
No pint in me guessing as I have not got a clue other than it's in Florida. Any where near St Johns Island?
ReplyDeleteSarasota :)
DeleteHow I love boats (especially sail boats) and water. I think you took that photo 'cos of the wonderful relaxation that fellow showed with his feet spread out and the line in his hand, just being there. The red did help too I would think. Catches the eye.
ReplyDeletePretty views of the water. The fishing guy looks very relaxed there. The red does pop! Have a happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful photos and views. I like the 'red man' against the soft blue/grey background.
ReplyDeletedefinitely captures an ambiance. :)
ReplyDeleteNice. The boats look so lovely, and I like the guy in the red shirt. He looks like he is really enjoying the sunshine, whether he catches a fish or not!
ReplyDeleteis it a trick question??!! i like the muted blues and the bright red outfit...did he catch anything for that cooler or is it his makeshift chair??
ReplyDeleteMay I first say, "in the backwoods of Minnesota!" Ha! Ha! Well in truth I think downtown Sarasota in Florida of course, at the Sarasota Bayfront Park. Although a hike on any one of those boats would be awesome too!
ReplyDeleteLet me guess where you were ... LOL :-D
ReplyDeleteNice pictures Mac, and I'd be there now!
A hug from Spain :)
Nice waterways.
ReplyDeleteSarasota Bayfront looks amazing. Where did the name Sarasota come from?
ReplyDeleteyou made me look it up...from Wicipedia:
DeleteEuropean settlers arrived in significant numbers in the late 1840s. The area already had a Spanish name, Zara Zote, on maps dating back to the early eighteenth century, and it was retained as Sara Sota.
I would say leisure in Florida. The last picture.
ReplyDeleteNice to vacation with the big boat. Great photos and waterways.
What a beautiful place. The colors are so different from where I live. The sculptures are inspiring and so are the final shots. I can 'feel' summer.
