Snapshots - More About the Hood

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

Swirling wind mills always get my attention.

A lot going on, on this party patio.

'High Wind Meter'

I love all yard accents.

'That's a big dog!' she said.

Just liked all the angles and lines.

Fun accents above the garage door.

And a dull front door.

  1. 'it may be a big dog - but I still have sharp claws and fast feet' says the watch-eyed cat.

  2. I like the yard art too. The wind meter is cute.. And the kitty should be worried about big dogs.. Have a happy Tuesday!

  3. I'm a post behind, so I'll comment on both. I like the red and the yellow doors, both stand out. Lucy is adorable, and I can tell she is a sweetie just by looking at that cute face of hers. You must live in an eclectic neighborhood- everyone seems to have put their own creative touches in their yards. That makes for interesting walkabouts! Have a great day!

  4. Hi, Mac, interesting photos this morning. I'm always amazed at the colors folks paint their front doors, when they often don't really accent the rest of the house.

  5. Your Hood is so interesting ... I take it there are no worries about covenants :-)

    1. You wouldn't catch this Libertarian dead in a deed restricted neighborhood. I assume that's what your'e talking about...but then maybe you're talking about a covenant of witches...if that's the case, I didn't even know witches hated yard accents or yellow doors ;O)

  10. Love the sunny door!

You would have loved my grandma's. She accessorized it like a gypsy does her toes.
