Snapshots - Circle Bar B Reserve - P1

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

Father and son for a stroll.

Reserve has really nice trails...several loops for the hiker and jogger

First time here...not sure which way to go.

While I decide, all take a shot of this guy.

And this guy

and this limpkin 

I love trees, blue sky, and birds, so this shot is a triple whammy.

Don't you agree.

    1. And they were ALL really nice. Six hours later, I was burned to a crisp, and still had to ride the hour back home :)

  10. Birds in the last photos look like cormarants they fish so you were near a river of lake

    1. It was indeed fresh water, so they were probably anahingas, but I've seen lots of cormorants away from the bay or gulf.

    1. I'd say it's a green heron...but I'm no naturalist. I just like to enjoy all of them. :O)

  17. I would have gone for the heron hideout, but yeah, sounds like every trail leads somewhere cool there. I love the bird pics. Do you know what kind they are? It is so lovely there!
