Greetings from the Hermit Writer.
Young guy trolling.
'Let's go this way.'
The park rangers have protected the birds of pray by setting the trails away from the old growth trees, but you can still catch the osprey flying all over Lake Hancock
And what a purdy lake it is.
With a few of it's own gators.
And great egrets.
Awwww! I caught one chilling right off the path. Have you ever seen one scooping up a fish? It's really a neat sight. I was busy gawking instead of peering though my lens.
I really like the alligators but I'm glad they are in Florida.
ReplyDeleteLove the birds but not the alligators. Of course here in Oz we have crocodiles and I hate to say it but they don't charm me one little bit. They are of course the world's survivors so guess they will always be with us. I am only thankful they are about a thousand or more miles north of Perth.
ReplyDeleteGlad I don't have to worry about alligators, but gosh, I love egrets.
ReplyDeletegreat last shot, but i love that 2nd one!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots of the gators, and the egret. The raptors are probably my favorite birds. We once saw a show with them in flight and in their accuracy at the catch. Amazing.
ReplyDeleteReally nice photos of the gators and birds.
ReplyDeleteLuv to see a troll in action ... Hey, this Circle Bar B Reserve is a neat series!
ReplyDeleteRun fish run!

ReplyDeleteI do love wandering with you. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteIgnorant question. Is Ghoul Enforcer a stand alone - or do I really need to start at the beginning?
Estupendas imágenes... Un abrazo desde Murcia....
ReplyDeleteExcellent images!
ReplyDeleteI admire you for the last one.
ReplyDeleteI bought the Expiring Covenant---will I be ok?

Those first two. Are they in your area? I do admire the last picture.
ReplyDeleteOh, you can write a lot of mystery stories of animals in your Novels.
Especially the crocodiles dragging the women and eating her.
A lovely collection as always. I am not so sure I'd want to be around alligators too much.. though I photo op or two would be fine. ;)
