Okay, rub it in Mr. Hermit Writer Man (you must feel it in your toes as you walk through that warm soft sand) that some of us from the frozen tundra have had it- and so you rub these sensational moments of your blissful world! If I had to grade those captures- well you've blown the curve on grading out of the water- as for that sweet tweeter telling you to move on, gosh he reminds me of our Killdeer birds.
I'm loving the shots of those birds, but my favourite is your last image, For me the composition is just right and red is fantastic for drawing the eye. It looks a great place, so peaceful. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Funny funny funny, you make me laugh, and the photos are really excellent.
ReplyDeleteWonderful collection of birds and photos.. Your unknowns with the weird beaks are called Black Skimmers.. Great post, enjoy your Sunday!
ReplyDeletesuch great shorebirds! love the cormorants and that patient heron. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos of the water and birds. I got a great chuckle out of your captions under the birds.
ReplyDeleteCool pics, as always. I'm surprised at that Heron ... they usually won't let me get that close ... especially if I'm moving around much.
ReplyDeleteHello greetings and good wishes.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos with interesting commentary.
Best wishes
