Snapshots - Odds and Ends from our wanderings

Greetings from the Hermit Writer.

This has to be my number one cutist neightbor.

Along with her sister.

Our spot on the Hillsborough River

Lucy's footprint appealed to me.

Wow. This front yard had a lot going on.

I hope to meet Mr. Eclectic one day.

Every garden needs a hen.

Now I want one of these guys on my mailbox.

Ain't he adorable?

Cool bell.

  1. Well, THAT'S an ecelectic mix! Re your neighbours - agree about the high cute factor, but concerned about the gene pool down there... You certainly need to meet, and report on, the owner of that yard. And I agree about the nutty looking dog on the mailbox; if we had mailboxes in the UK, I'd want one!

  6. I want one of them too! I'm really curious about what's going on behind their fence too??? They are cuties, I bet they are both very playful too. Perfect age for little ones. This was a fun romp in your world this morning, thank you.

  7. Oops, I forgot to mention, yikes (almost looks like a coyote) footprint! They've been raging terror around our parts and I've been checking my property where the deer like to hang out! Scary.

  13. My uncle used to have a yard like that. One of the Detroit news stations did a story on it. They first saw it from their helicopter.
