Greetings from the Hermit Writer [Feb 07]
Change the camera settings, and the most common sight can look kind of cool.
Tip...look down and enjoy the critters.
Tip 2...look up and enjoy the critters
I'd love to have a boat...but that's time I wouldn't spend writing. Sigh.
Nice place to sit in the shade. Watch the river flow by.
Nope...don't know the name of it...but loved how the sun shone off it.
Silly wabbit.
All fences need neat stuff hanging on them.

Great collection of images.. I love the kitty and wabbit..Have a happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteYour picks today are straight out of my personal desires! Especially little Peter Rabbit how cute is that and best bench capture! What is it about an empty bench that is so inviting to shoot?
ReplyDeleteMac, I have butterflies hanging on my fence. Wonderful images. I have a friend who has a boat, and she says it is a hole in the water to pour money into! Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeletei do like the fence ornament. :) and sweet calico, too.
ReplyDeletevery nice today!!! we had a boat....the best 2 days of owning a boat is the day you buy it and the day you sell it. no joke, lots of work ;)
ReplyDeleteYou know, each time I see those rear ends, I tell myself, wait until after rush hour for the drive to Big Lake tonight. Thank you, thank you!
ReplyDeleteI have to comment on Deb's -I wish my HUBBY would sell more of HIS boats. He's a car/boat junkie! The man has far too many water beasts, grounded and just sitting around. We even have my dad's old boat- it's grown into the ground. My dad passed in 2000! Of course for memories sake I get that one, sort of.
ReplyDeleteLove the reflections in your first photo.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Mac:)
ReplyDeleteI love them all R Mac.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy what your eye finds and how you interpret it all.
ReplyDeleteOh, Debbie.
ReplyDeleteI love your comment.
But I never dream to own a boat.
Amazing perspectives!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures. I like the one with the cars. The turkey vulture picture reminds me that those birds should be coming back to my area in a little while. There are lots of them around here when it gets warm.
ReplyDeleteNice reminder to look about and look at things n different ways.
ReplyDeleteGreat angles you take. I like all. varieties.
ReplyDeleteYour photos show a very strong desire to spy details.
ReplyDeleteI think telling the images in their texts.
Interesting set of photos. I like your advise about looking up and looking down to find interesting stuff, including critters. I once heard that the most interesting photos one takes will be at least 4 feet above or 4 feet below where one normally holds a camera.
