Some of my favorite friends are weeds.
My neighbor's first bloom.
I love to look at gardenias, but hate to smell them. Drive my sinuses crazy.

Lovely flowers and images. I wish I could smell the gardenias.. Happy Thursday!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you can't tolerate their scents, but sure know how to capture their beauty and pass them on to us! So lovely, especially your neighbor's first bloom! Lucky catch.

ReplyDeleteThe azaleas are so pretty. The one you call a weed looks like Spiderwort, a perennial that I have in my garden. I love it's lime green leaves and purple flowers. Lots of colour there!
ReplyDeleteCan't really blame the mosquitoes. They have good taste.
ReplyDeleteSorry the smell of gardenias gets to you, Mac. I really like it; it means spring to me.
