Snapshots - Merry Christmas

Greetings and Season Wishes to ya from the Hermit-Writer.

And from Lucy Lew

My neighbors have such a sense of humor

Some shots from last August, as I drove through Oklahoma...into the Texas panhandle.

The fog made a cool shot

Eastern Oklahoma in the AM

Gotta stop and shoot a county courthouse

Not a pretty tower...but my name is on it.

"My people" came from this part of the country. (I'm descended from a Black sheep...rancher's son ran off with a native American woman and disowned. This was in the late 1800s. But we still have a small percentage from an old family oil well. Ha...I'm an oilman. Maybe we were only socially disowned.)

  10. Oh merry happy days to you too, and especially Lucy Lew- too cute. It's always a treat to see what your neighbors show off! As for that water tower, silly me, I like it, great colors!
